Part-Time Receptionist Wanted – Friendly Face Needed!

Our growing healthcare clinic is looking for a bubbly, kind, dependable, and cheerful Part-Time Receptionist to support our team and help create an exceptional patient experience.
What You'll Do:
✨ Answer phones and greet patients with a smile
✨ Schedule appointments and manage calendars
✨ Process patient payments
✨ Help patients feel welcome and cared for
✨ Assist with light cleaning and tidying as needed
✨ Support our newer doctor, who sees patients during later clinic hours
Schedule:
- Approximately 5–10 hours per week
- Primarily Mondays from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (ish)
- Additional occasional hours may be available

- Enjoys working with people
- Has a positive, upbeat attitude
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Can multitask while maintaining excellent customer service
- Has front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience
