Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively into the company culture.
- Administer employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth.
- Support change management initiatives by communicating effectively across teams and managing project timelines related to HR system upgrades or policy updates.
- Promote diversity and inclusion through affirmative action planning and social media management strategies to enhance employer branding.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and contract administration.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating high ethical standards.
- Experience in benefits administration, employee evaluation processes, training & development programs, and performance management systems.
- Knowledge of workforce management tools like Kronos or Dayforce for scheduling and time tracking purposes.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
