Tool & Die Maker
Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:55 AM – 4:25 PM
Pay: $28-$34.00 per hour based on experience
Overtime: Occasional Fridays

We’re currently seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to support complex tooling maintenance and high-speed stamping operations. What You’ll Do:
- Perform complex bench work and machine operations to maintain and improve high-speed stamping dies and fixtures.
- Plan, layout, and execute die maintenance work with limited supervision.
- Operate and set up Tool Room equipment including grinders, mills, lathes, and EDM machines.
- Conduct detailed inspections to ensure die quality and performance.
- Train and mentor junior toolmakers, machinists, and technicians.
- Support troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the maintenance system.
- Use forklifts and overhead cranes (training available if needed).
What You’ll Need to Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a state-sponsored Tool & Die or Mold Maker apprenticeship program OR equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool and die.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; electrical troubleshooting experience a plus.
- Experience with Wire EDM, Esprit programming, and CAD/NC programming highly preferred.
- Soldering, brazing, and welding skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Solid computer skills for documentation and communication.
