Now Hiring: Night Shift Supervisor
Location: Green Bay, WI
Reports To: Plant Manager
Classification: Exempt, Direct Hire
We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee production operations on the assigned shift for a client in the Green Bay area. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring product quality, safety, efficiency, and team development. What You’ll Do:
Lead and direct shift personnel to achieve production goals
Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with company standards
Schedule, assign, and monitor daily work activities to complete production plans
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing workforce
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production floor
Investigate and resolve production issues to maximize efficiency
Oversee shift hours, payroll, and maintain accurate production records
Partner with management and HR to support staffing, onboarding, and employee relations
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business/Manufacturing preferred
5 years of manufacturing leadership experience (plastics injection molding highly preferred)
Strong technical background in manufacturing processes and equipment
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to learn new systems
Ability to read blueprints, BOMs, safety procedures, and use measuring tools
Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, and move throughout shift
