Production Planner – Direct Hire
De Pere, WI | $65,000 – $75,000
We are seeking a Production Planner to join a growing manufacturing operation in the De Pere area. This role is responsible for owning production scheduling, managing inventory flow, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand and operational capacity
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, and supply chain to align production priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Monitor and manage work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods inventory levels
- Optimize production sequencing to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Communicate schedule changes, priorities, and updates clearly to production teams
- Utilize ERP systems to maintain accurate planning data, inventory, and production status
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements to reduce delays and control costs
- Support cross-functional initiatives, including process improvements and system updates
- Track and report on key planning and service metrics
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment
- Experience building and adjusting production schedules for manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of capacity planning, inventory management, and production workflows
- Experience working within an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing production needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams
