The expected salary range for this role is $67,000 – $76,000, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; pre-tax spending accounts; retirement benefits; paid time off; 401(k) with company match; short-term and long-term disability; and life insurance.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations within a manufacturing plant environment. This role partners closely with plant leadership to ensure consistent application of HR policies, promote employee engagement, and maintain a compliant, productive workplace. The HR Generalist will be hands-on across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary HR contact for plant employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and HR programsFacilitate new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring timely and accurate completion of documentationEnter, update, and maintain employee data within the HRIS systemSupport employee relations efforts, including performance management, investigations, and corrective action processesAssist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communicationsParticipate in annual HR processes such as performance reviews, open enrollment, compensation changes, and policy updatesCoordinate required annual training and maintain accurate training recordsSupport timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll-related changes in collaboration with the payroll teamAssist with recruiting efforts for temporary and permanent positions, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview schedulingRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of progressive HR experienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldBilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)Preferred QualificationsExperience in a food manufacturing or similar production environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Paycom experience preferred)Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust and credibility with employees and leadershipSelf-directed, dependable, and detail-orientedProven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentialityWillingness and flexibility to support a 24/7 manufacturing operationFor more information or immediate consideration call Kristin at 920-684-8324 or email her your resume to kkracaw@abrjobs.comABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
