Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ABA therapy to clients with autism and related disorders
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment
- Provide training and support to autism therapy staff and family members
- Develop and implement behavioral plans and protocols to meet client needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
- Excellent communication, assessment, and intervention skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings
