Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized Behavior Analysis Treatment Plans (BATPs) to support client goals
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client strengths and areas for improvement
Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other team members
Contribute to the development and implementation of program goals and objectives
Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities
Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification
At least 1 year of experience in the field of ABA therapy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
