Support Coordinator
to join our team. As a Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals with Developmental and/or Intellectual Disabilities achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop personalized plans to support individuals in their living, vocational, and recreational pursuits.
- Assist individuals with managing their health and finances.
- Coordinate services through a collaborative team approach.
- Ensure that services meet or exceed quality standards and legal requirements.
- Oversee the overall management of worksite and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or Human Service fields.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.
Starting Wage:
$29.62 per hour starting, depending on experience.
