Corporate Attorney
This highly regarded central Pennsylvania boutique law firm has an attractive opening for a 2-5 years corporate associate with interest in securities and M&A experience, preferably from a midsized to major firm. Exposure to corporate finance matters, federal and security regulations, entity formations, corporate governance and secured transactions is expected.
Must clearly demonstrate analytical, research and oral and written communication abilities. the right candidate will be motivated become a key member of a collegial, focused team, with an entrepreneurial, self-motivated culture. Compensation, especially for this part of the state, good and 1700 billables. Must have active PA State Bar admission.
