A highly reputable, established plaintiff’s catastrophic injury law firm is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join its busy and growing practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle high-value, complex cases involving medical malpractice, products liability, and other serious injury claims, working alongside a collaborative and highly skilled team.
Responsibilities include:
Managing a caseload of complex personal injury matters from client intake through trial
Taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and appearing in court regularly
Maintain direct client contact, providing guidance and updates throughout the lifecycle of each case
Collaborating with attorneys, experts, and support teams to develop trial strategy
Playing a key role in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy
Qualifications:
Licensed in PA and NJ
Strong litigation and trial experience in personal injury matters
Experience with medical malpractice and/or products liability cases preferred
Confident courtroom presence with excellent advocacy skills
Ability to manage a high-volume, high-stakes caseload
