What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Attorney position at McCausland Keen Buckman?
McCausland Keen Buckman is looking for either one or a practice group of experienced business law attorneys with an entrepreneurial focus. A portable book of business is desired. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of three (3) years of experience, with expertise representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, debt financings, licensing transactions and general corporate governance matters. Securities law and tax backgrounds and experience are a plus. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively and efficiently with colleagues in other areas – such as employment, real estate, securities and tax law matters.
