Abel Personnel is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a leading transportation and tolling services program in White Marsh, Maryland. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer service calls and provide accurate information
- Assist with account setup, updates, and maintenance
- Explain policies, procedures, and account details clearly
- Process payments and transactions with accuracy
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure follow-up for resolution
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and documentation
- Meet or exceed performance and quality standards
Training & Schedule
- Paid Training (4–6 weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Regular Schedule After Training: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:15 PM
- Occasional Saturdays required, with a scheduled weekday off
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Customer service or call center experience (0–1 years welcome)
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to meet attendance and schedule expectations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Work Environment
- Professional call center environment
- Primarily seated with frequent computer and phone use
- Occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
