Schedule: Monday – Friday. *Saturdays are mandatory during busy season or when weekday schedule is affected or delayed by weather or holidays.
Hours: Start-to-Finish daily schedule
Training Pay: $19- $21 based on experience
Regular Pay: $45k - $70k based on productivity

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As ABC’s Landscape Crew Leader, you will be responsible for the professional completion of work assigned and will lead a crew to help with customers’ landscaping needs with professionalism and excellent customer service. If applicable, you may or may not also be assigned as the crew’s driver.

Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application.
- Must maintain an active Driver’s License and be insurable if you are also a crew driver.
- 2 Years Previous Landscaping experience
- Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure and still maintain good composure.
- Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route.
- Dependable and self-motivated with desire to work year-round.
- High school diploma or GED desired.
- English speaking is required.
- Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods of time, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Review landscape design with the Salesperson and follow the specifications of the work to be completed and direct workflow and work performed by other members of the crew.
- Instruct crew members in the proper way of handling landscaping equipment and safety procedures handling that equipment.
- Become familiar with customers’ expectations and sales agreements.
- Direct the workflow and work performed by other members of the crew.
- Prepare the work site which could include digging, sweeping, removal of objects, plants, removal or installation of trees, shrubs, palms, plants, sod and mulch, and another type of work as agreed by sales agreement, including light construction work.
- Remove or install trees, shrubs, palms, plants, sod and mulch, and other types of work as agreed by sales agreement, including light construction work.
- Learn the basics of construction work and gain the ability to work on small projects in new construction and repair on a small scale, i.e., laying slabs, small rock walls and other types of rock work, outdoor kitchens, and grills as stated in the contract.
- Clean the work area and haul away the trash, branches, plants, or other debris once work is complete.
