Description

ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the continued growth of our Central Florida operation. The CSR plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience by assisting homeowners, scheduling services, answering questions, and helping resolve customer concerns.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage high-volume customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Make outbound calls to customers as needed for scheduling, follow-up, confirmations, and service-related needs
• Provide accurate information regarding ABC products, services, and solutions
• Assist customers with questions regarding services, appointments, billing, and account information
• Listen to customer concerns and work toward effective resolutions
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information and service details within the CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been addressed and expectations are met
• Communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and other internal departments
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow established procedures
• Meet department goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services when appropriate
• Protect customer information and follow company policies and procedures

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls preferred
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus and may qualify for additional bilingual pay.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required

Physical Requirements

• Frequently required to carry up to 10 pounds occasionally
• Sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• Sedentary work
• Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of wrist, hands, and/or fingers
• Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures: transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
• Frequently required to work in various indoor and outdoor environments while safely performing the essential functions of the position
