Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll/Benefits/HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and human resources functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and benefit enrollment portals, along with strong organizational skills.
Duties
- Process payroll accurately and timely using Kronos UKG ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Weekly payroll for 5 EIN's.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plans, wellness plans, and leave policies.
- Maintain employee records within HRIS platforms like Kronos and GlobalSearch, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, interviewing, employee inquiries, and policy updates.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and child support and prepare necessary reports related to payroll taxes and governmental filings.
Skills
- Experience with payroll management systems such as Kronos.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with attention to detail.
- Understanding of financial concepts related to corporate accounting and governmental regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
