Abbott & Oaks is a fast-growing vintage and antique jewelry company based in Marblehead, MA. We’re known for one-of-a-kind pieces, obsessive attention to detail, and a deeply personal approach to customer experience. We’re looking for a full-time Operations Associate to join our team and help keep our day-to-day running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, loves structure, and enjoys being part of a small, hands-on team. You’ll touch nearly every part of our operational flow—from fulfillment to returns to inventory coordination—and play a critical role in delivering an elevated client experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Order Fulfillment: Carefully package and prepare customer orders with an eye for detail and presentation
- Shipping & Logistics: Generate shipping labels, track deliveries, and troubleshoot shipping issues
- Returns: Process customer returns, inspect items, and manage restocking or internal review
- Inventory Support: Help track and manage inventory across departments
- CX Assistance: Occasionally assist with customer follow-ups or inquiries
- Operational Flexibility: Support cataloging and intake during peak periods
Who You Are:
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable, thorough, and comfortable managing day-to-day tasks independently
- Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Clear communicator and team player
- Experience in operations, shipping, fulfillment, or logistics is a plus
- Interest in jewelry, design, or luxury retail is a bonus (not required)

- Salary: $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience
