Key Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled residential estimate appointments with homeowners (no cold calling required)
- Assess project needs on-site and guide customers through the best fence or deck solutions
- Use company pricing tools to build accurate, professional estimates
- Create thorough job documentation, including material lists and project specifications
- Maintain ownership of the customer relationship from first visit through project handoff
- Provide timely follow-up and professional communication throughout the sales process
- Collaborate closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless transition to installation
- 2 or more years of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
- Personable and professional communicator who can educate and guide customers
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with accurate documentation habits
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for pricing and job records
- Reliable transportation and the ability to manage a daily appointment schedule
- Fence/deck or construction knowledge is a plus, but not required for fast learners
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Commission-based (10% of sales). Typical first-year earnings range from $80,000 to $120,000 , depending on performance. Includes hourly support during initial training/ramp period
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday homeowner appointments as needed.

- Eligibility for benefits after 90-day introductory period
