Fence Installer (Entry-Level - Will Train)
Location: Baltimore, MD (Field-based across the Baltimore Metro Area)

Fence Installer (Entry-Level - Will Train)

Key Responsibilities
- Install residential and commercial fencing according to Abbey quality standards
- Dig, set posts, level, secure hardware, and complete a clean, professional finish work
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas throughout the project
- Work outdoors in varying Maryland weather conditions (heat, cold, snow)
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and the Installation Manager to complete projects efficiently
- Represent Abbey professionally when interacting with homeowners and customers on-site
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors for extended periods
- Any construction, landscaping, or hands-on labor experience is a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Starting pay: $20/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, ~7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; overtime as needed
- Medical insurance
- Performance-based bonus potential (biannual)
- Abbey ACE Incentive Program: crews can earn additional incentive pay when installations are completed ahead of schedule
- Eligibility for benefits after 90-day introductory period
