This Position reports to:

The work model for the role is onsite/hybrid in Senatobia, MS.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading a hands-on Continuous Improvement project using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology.
- Conducting time studies and waste evaluations across production lines to identify inefficiencies.
- Applying Lean Manufacturing tools such as: Spaghetti diagrams, Line balancing,7 Wastes analysis, Kaizen events,5S audits, Standard work documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and exploring various departments within the factory to gather insights and drive improvements.
- Preparing and delivering weekly presentations to site management to report progress, findings, and recommendations.
- Engaging in change management by challenging the status quo and working closely with production employees to implement sustainable changes.
- Documenting project milestones, data analysis, and implementing solutions to support long-term operational excellence.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Nanufacturing, Operations, or a related field, in the United States.
- Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
- Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.
