1st Shift 7am-330pm Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound shipments from carriers and vendors.
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and ASN documentation.
• Inspect incoming products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Accurately enter receiving data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Label, sort, and stage inventory for put-away or cross-dock operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse team members, carriers, and customer service teams regarding receiving issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and forklifts (if certified).
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
• Support other warehouse functions as business needs require.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-4 years of warehouse or receiving experience, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Experience using WMS systems and RF scanners
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.

Preferred Skills

• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving documentation.

Salary : $20 - $25
