We are looking for a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to join our dedicated team. Located in Charlotte, NC this position will be key in ensuring that our guest experience is superior by ensuring accuracy of product descriptions and pricing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receiving
- Receive invoiced truck inventory and categorize packages by vendor and purchase order
- Document any missing or damaged packages
- Match and receive all invoices against PO's
- Verify extended cost against invoiced total
- Verify GP% before submission
- Ensure accuracy of shipping charges and applied credits
- Submit receiving reports
- Inventory Management
- Assist in all cycle counts
- Administrative
- Label all firearms appropriately
- Contact guests for received special orders
- Assist in/outbound deliveries
- Support the warehouse admin team with visual merchandising, stocking, and sales event initiatives
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
- Organize newly received product of ease of stocking/backstocking
Qualifications:
- 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Naturally friendly and positive attitude
- Able to carry out directives efficiently
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Desire to learn new skills
- 2 years of warehouse experience
- Excellent with numbers
- Strong organization skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to quickly learn new software
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 70 lbs., freely access all areas of the store, and stand for long periods of time.
