Manager, Financial Planning

Our client is an investment manager. They seek a Manager of Financial Planning to join their Rowayton, CT office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trader compensation data and maintain accurate compensation records and reporting
• Calculate monthly and annual incentive compensation in accordance with established policies and business requirements
• Coordinate with Corporate Accounting and external auditors to support year-end audits across domestic and international entities
• Contribute to monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial planning activities
• Analyze financial results and compensation trends to support management reporting and business decision-making
• Develop ad hoc financial analyses, models, and reports to support strategic initiatives and special projects
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in trader compensation from a hedge fund
• Strong financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills
• Sharp attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong Excel skills required
• AI & SQL experience is a plus
