Our client is a global investment firm. They seek a Campus Recruitment Specialist to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
· Lead the development and execution of the firm’s school strategy, identifying priority and emerging campuses to guide recruiting efforts
· Define engagement objectives and shape the annual campus calendar to maximize visibility and recruiting outcomes
· Cultivate and strengthen relationships with university partners, career centers, and student organizations as the primary point of contact
· Plan and deliver impactful on-campus events, including information sessions, networking dinners, and other recruiting initiatives
· Collaborate with recruiters on event design, purposeful engagement strategies, post-event follow-up, and candidate conversion tracking
· Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging across all campus and firm-led events and ensure a consistent employer brand
· Oversee the creation, distribution, and quality of marketing and promotional materials used for campus engagement
· Leverage data on attendance, hiring trends, and brand perception to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement
· Refine engagement strategies using data-driven insights to enhance reach, efficiency, and overall campus impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 6 years of experience with campus recruiting, university relations, or early-talent marketing is required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
- Strategic thinker who can adapt to changing needs
- Ability to travel at least ten trips per year
