Job Description:
The Campus Recruitment Scheduler is responsible for coordinating high-volume, complex interview schedules for Investment Banking campus candidates. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The Scheduler ensures a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders by managing logistics end-to-end with precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Interview Scheduling & Logistics
- Coordinate multiple, highly complex interview schedules for first-round, super days, and final rounds
- Manage interviews across multiple time zones and handle frequent last-minute changes with accuracy and calmness.
- Maintain flawless calendar management for bankers, hiring teams, and interviewers.
- Prepare and distribute all interview materials, like Teams links and confirmation emails
Communication & Stakeholder Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics, timelines, and instructions.
- Partner closely with Campus Recruiters, administrative assistants, and business stakeholders to align on scheduling needs and resolve conflicts.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with all parties to ensure smooth execution.
Data Management & Process Excellence
- Maintain accurate candidate information, status updates, and feedback in the tracking system
- Double-check all details to ensure accuracy—times, time zones, interviewer names, resume packets, and candidate status updates.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, Admin Assistant support, or complex scheduling.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (calendar management), Excel, Teams, and ATS systems (Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Extraordinary attention to detail—able to spot inconsistencies and prevent scheduling errors before they occur.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle many moving parts simultaneously.
- Calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Hybrid Working or Remote - We are currently operating a hybrid model for our shared services employees (including this role). However, we may be open to a more flexible arrangement for this role, including fully remote as long as they are in the NYC metro area.
Salary:
The expected base pay for this position is $25/hr. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package.
