Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a recruiting and sales role responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top internal talent for AB Staffing Solutions’ corporate office in Gilbert, AZ. This role focuses on filling internal positions across departments including IT, Accounting, Sales Support, and Sales.
This individual will own the full-cycle recruiting process while actively building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and direct sourcing strategies.
This is not a passive recruiting role. It is a high-volume, relationship-driven, sales-oriented talent acquisition position that requires urgency, ownership, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Recruiting
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates through LinkedIn (active and passive sourcing), Indeed, social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, job boards, and direct outreach
- Conduct candidate interviews and manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across internal departments
- Maintain strong pipeline management for active requisitions in IT, Accounting, Sales Support, and Sales roles
- Ensure timely communication and a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
Sales and Market Development
- Promote internal career opportunities and actively engage candidates in the Phoenix metro market, especially Gilbert, AZ
- Build and maintain strong relationships with passive and active candidates across target industries
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring internal hiring needs
- Represent AB Staffing Solutions’ employer brand in the market through outreach and engagement
Compliance and Onboarding Support
- Coordinate pre-employment processes including background screenings and drug testing coordination
- Support onboarding documentation and hiring compliance requirements
- Ensure all hiring steps are completed accurately and efficiently
Administrative and Job Management
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date job postings and descriptions
- Partner with hiring managers to define and refine role requirements
- Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and strategies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sales mindset or customer-facing experience strongly preferred
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or corporate hiring is a plus
- Social media fluency, especially LinkedIn, required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
