We need a Talent Acquisition Specialist who doesn’t just fill roles, someone who finds their people, tells our story with conviction, and builds a pipeline of future Empowered Pilates teammates who embody who we are at our core.

What You’ll Own
The responsibilities and duties described here are representative of those an employee is expected to perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.
• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation across multiple markets, with a primary focus on Pilates Instructors, Studio Managers, and Member Sales & Service Specialists
• Culture-first sourcing: proactively build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking; find candidates who don’t just fit the job description, but fit us
• Phone screens & interviews: conduct thoughtful, engaging candidate conversations that surface people who are genuinely aligned with our core values
• Offer facilitation: own the full offer process from drafting through negotiation and acceptance; be the person candidates are excited to hear from
• Onboarding coordination: partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure every new hire’s Day 1 experience reflects our culture; coordinate pre-boarding, onboarding checklists, and new hire communications across all locations
• Offboarding support: assist with structured post-termination offboarding to protect the organization and treat departing team members with dignity
• ATS & data management: maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system and onboarding platforms
• Metrics & reporting: track and report on time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and 90-day retention; use data to make smarter decisions
• Employer brand partnership: collaborate with operations and leadership on how we present ourselves to candidates; you are a walking, talking reason someone should want to work here
You’re a Fit If You
• Have 3–5 years of high-volume, multi-market recruiting experience, with a focus on hard-to-fill roles
• Know how to find and engage passive candidates in competitive employment markets
• Are a natural communicator; warm, confident, and compelling in writing and on a call
• Are genuinely people-obsessed: you remember names, you notice culture fit, and you care deeply about candidate experience
• Can work independently, manage multiple open roles simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Are data-driven and comfortable in an applicant tracking system
• Are KPI-motivated and take pride in hitting and exceeding your numbers
• Understand and embrace the fact that in a growing organization, the job evolves, and that excites you
Bonus Points If You
• Have experience recruiting in fitness, wellness, or boutique studio environments
• Have a personal connection to Pilates or movement-based wellness
• Have experience building or refining onboarding programs
• Have worked in a franchise or multi-location business
• Have a knack for employer branding and social media recruiting strategy
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $70,000 per year, paid weekly every Friday
• PTO: 10 days accrued paid personal time per year

What to Expect
• Location: Onsite at our Headquarters location in Mesa, AZ (85215).
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (with an occasional Saturday phone screen or interview), 40–50 hours per week. Exact start and end times will be determined by phone screens and interviews that you schedule each day, but will follow a general "8am-5pm" rule of thumb.
• January blackout: Due to the nature of our business, time off in January is very limited. Please plan accordingly.
• Probationary period: Your first 90 days will include regular performance check-ins.
• Brand standards: We’re Club Pilates, even in our Support roles, which means athletic/athleisure attire and at least one branded item are expected (several uniform options will be provided upon hire).
• Transportation: A reliable form of transportation is required. Empowered Pilates does not reimburse personal vehicle costs.
