- Contract Length: 3-Months possible extensions
- Shift: Day's | 40 hours weekly
1099 Compensation:
- Weekly Pay: Salary is Negotiable
- Malpractice Insurance Covered
Requirements:
- Valid OK Licensure
- Valid Board Certification or pursuing Board Certification
- Valid (AHA) BLS Certification
- Participating in Medicaid, DMH and MCO
