About the Role:
As our Dental Treatment & Financial Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients. You’ll guide them through their treatment plans, handle financial arrangements, and support our team in delivering top-quality care.
What You'll Do:
- Guide patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way
- Manage and coordinate treatment schedules to optimize patient flow
- Oversee financial coordination, including payment plans, insurance claims, and patient billing
- Serve as the liaison between patients and the clinical team, keeping everyone informed and on the same page
- Handle insurance verification and pre-authorizations with accuracy
- Build positive relationships with patients to create a welcoming and trusted environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in dental treatment and/or financial coordination (preferred)
- Knowledge of dental billing, insurance claims, and payment plans
- Proficiency with dental management software (Eaglesoft)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
- A compassionate and patient-focused attitude
