Job Summary:
As a Houseperson you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the cleanliness and upkeep of Inn rooms by replacing bed linens and maintaining the hotel’s standards of cleanliness. You will also be responsible for any maintenance basic issues, reporting damaged property, as well as maintaining the safety of our guests and the security of all guest units. -
General Responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products and equipment, operation of grounds maintenance equipment, and general repair
- Timely response and recording of guest service requests, according to company policy
- Assist in the sorting, pre-treatment, washing, drying, and folding of hotel linens
- Stock, maintain, and organize storage closets and facilities with proper inventory levels
- Maintains property grounds and public spaces in excellent condition
- Stay accessible to front desk, housekeeping, and the Operations Manager
