Job Summary:
The position of server is responsible for providing the guests with amazing customer service through menu and product knowledge, completing correct orders, timely/friendly service, and anticipating and accommodating any and all of the guest's needs.
General Responsibilities
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Follow Aatmos safety procedures
- Have an understanding of all menu items
- Process guest’s checks and submit closing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Check identification to verify the customer is of legal drinking age.
- Provide knowledge of the local area to patrons
