Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible Massachusetts medical license; DEA certification or eligibility
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care and effective teamwork
