What you’ll bring
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain one
- National NP certification
- 1-2 years of clinical experience practicing as an NP in primary care or a related setting
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based primary care
- Comfort using EHR systems and healthcare technology platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Professionalism, sound judgment, and commitment to patient confidentiality
