What are the responsibilities and job description for the Diagnostic Radiologist - Hospital-Based (Martinsburg, WV) position at AAS Healthcare Staffing?
We’re looking for a Diagnostic Radiologist to join a collaborative, hospital-based team in Martinsburg, West Virginia. You’ll provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services across inpatient, outpatient and emergency settings, working with an experienced clinical team and a varied case mix.
What you’ll do:
- Interpret and report a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide timely reads to support inpatient, outpatient and ED care.
- Communicate important findings and recommendations to referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure excellent patient care.
Imaging modalities you’ll work with:
- General radiography (X-ray)
- CT
- MRI
- Ultrasound
- Nuclear medicine (preferred)
- Fluoroscopy (preferred)
Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Completion of an accredited radiology residency
- Active West Virginia medical license preferred
- DEA registration
