Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care: well-child visits, sick visits, developmental screening, vaccinations, and preventive care
- Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop/titrate treatment plans
- Counsel patients and families on wellness, development, nutrition, behavior, and safety
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members and community resources
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records in the electronic health record
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with pediatric standards of care
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited U.S. pediatric residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active Arizona medical license and DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
- Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona DPS)
- CPR/AED certification per American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Proficient with electronic medical records and basic computer applications
- Strong clinical skills and effective communication with children, families, and staff
Preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)
