Role overview
Provide part-time medical direction and attending physician services across assigned skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver patient-centered care and provide clinical oversight at each site.

- Columbia, Doniphan, St. Charles, Strafford

- GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, WI
Schedule and clinical expectations
- Part-time; physicians typically cover each facility 1–2 days per week
- No fixed start/end times, no call, no overnight shifts
- Average 18–25 patient visits per day
- Flexible scheduling to support work–life balance

Requirements
- MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
