We’re looking for a caring, hands-on Medical Director/Attending Physician to join a team delivering excellent care across skilled nursing facilities in Bonham, Texas. This part-time role offers a highly flexible schedule, a collaborative practice environment, and a chance to make a real difference for post-acute and long-term care patients.
You’ll work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, providing clinical leadership and oversight while managing patient care in assigned facilities.
Location opportunities
- Bonham, TX (primary)
- Additional openings nationwide in GA, KS, IL, LA, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, and WI
What this role looks like
- Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities
- Typical coverage: each facility 1–2 days per week
- Average patient volume: 18–25 visits per day
- No overnight shifts and no call responsibilities
- No fixed daily start or end times—schedule flexibility to support work–life balance
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for documentation

Candidate requirements
- MD or DO with active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
