Schedule & work model
- 20 hours per week total: 17 clinical hours 3 administrative hours.
- Hybrid model: at least 10 clinical hours onsite, up to 7 clinical hours remote. Administrative hours are remote.
- Schedule is flexible and aligned with patient needs, with a minimum of 10 hours during peak “after-school” times (after 4 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends).
Compensation & earnings potential
- Base salary: $72,500 (part-time, 20 hours/week), W2.
- Total earning potential up to $175,000 annually, with $100 additional per clinical hour beyond the base caseload.
- Opportunities to increase income based on availability and interest, including virtual care options.

What we’re looking for
- Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC).
- At least 1 year of independent psychiatric practice under licensure.
- Active Maryland PMHNP/APRN license, DEA registration, and state prescriptive authority.
- Ability to be onsite for a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week and flexibility to work after-school hours and/or weekends.
- Reliable technology: personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet.
