Key details
- Part-time with flexible scheduling; six-hour facility shifts with rounds typically starting between 7:00-10:00 a.m.
- No call or overnight responsibilities
- Average 15-20 patient visits per day
- Responsibilities include daily rounds, acute and chronic condition management, medication prescribing, and individualized treatment planning
- Work closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- NP board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN) or PA certification (NCCPA)
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
