Provider-led, patient-centered healthcare organization in Great Falls, MT seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician for a 100% outpatient practice.
Practice details
- Outpatient primary care only; no inpatient responsibilities (hospitalist team manages admissions)
- Monday–Friday schedule with optional 4-day work week
- Evening call: 1:10 rotation, phone-only
- Clinical team: 3 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers
- Fully staffed acute care hospital support
Facility resources
- 36-bed inpatient unit
- 10-bed open ICU
- 2 catheterization labs with pre/post-procedure unit
- 5 operating rooms 4-room ambulatory surgery center
- 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by EM providers
- Dedicated observation beds
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills; commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
- Eligibility for Montana medical licensure
