Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage the full spectrum of foot and ankle conditions (acute and chronic)
- Perform advanced foot and ankle surgical procedures
- Develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and coding
- Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completed accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency
- Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery
- Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to a high-touch, patient-focused subspecialty practice model
