Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric care: prenatal management, labor and delivery, and postpartum follow-up
- Deliver gynecologic services including routine exams, preventive care, and surgical procedures when appropriate
- Collaborate with colleagues across specialties to coordinate high-quality patient care
- Offer patient education and counseling on women’s health topics
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a West Virginia medical license
- Completion of an OB/GYN residency program and an OB/GYN fellowship program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
