We’re looking for experienced OB/GYN physicians to join a team focused on improving patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring every pregnant woman who arrives at the hospital receives expert care from a seasoned clinician.

Locations: Lexington, Owensboro and Paducah, Kentucky.
What this role looks like
- Full-time hospitalist position with flexible scheduling — typically 7–9 twenty-four hour shifts per month, leaving about 21 days off each month. You’ll set much of your own schedule and there are no on-call or office-management responsibilities.
- Compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus a full benefits package.

Who we’re looking for
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Kentucky medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
- Strong communicator and team player with a patient-centered approach
- Committed to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
