We are seeking experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join our team in Easton, Maryland. This hospitalist role is focused on improving patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring every pregnant patient receives expert, consistent care from an experienced physician.
Position overview
- Full-time hospitalist position with flexible scheduling; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly).
- No on-call responsibilities or office management duties.
- Collaborative practice with local obstetricians while maintaining a strong work/life balance.
- Compensation $300,000–$340,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Key responsibilities
- Provide inpatient OB/GYN care and manage obstetric emergencies.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and clear communication with patients and care teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical excellence efforts.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive national network of OB hospitalists.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Maryland medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to continuous improvement.
