What we’re looking for:
- Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Minimum two years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
- Board certification in the specialty relevant to the position
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required for mileage reimbursement
