What you’ll do
- Provide vascular surgery call coverage for the Emergency Department and respond to urgent consults.
- Evaluate and manage urgent clinic referrals and perform vascular procedures as required.
- Work alongside experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants who provide daily inpatient and outpatient support.
- Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, emergency medicine physicians, and the trauma team on multidisciplinary care and treatment planning.
- Maintain clear, timely medical documentation and participate in coordinated follow-up care.

Patient flow and collaboration

- APPs handle ongoing inpatient and outpatient care to ensure continuity.
Qualifications
- MD or DO required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
- Completion of an accredited vascular fellowship or integrated vascular surgery training
- Idaho medical license preferred or ability to obtain one
- Current DEA registration required
- ACLS and BLS preferred
