We seek compassionate Nurse Practitioners (and Physician Assistants) who are committed to improving the health and quality of life of older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting.
Locations: Gainesville, FL (additional opportunities in Clearwater, Lake Placid, and Orlando, FL)
Position highlights
- Full-time roles with flexible scheduling
- Six-hour facility shifts for full-time clinicians (rounds typically start between 7:00–10:00 a.m.)
- No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities
- Provide daily rounds, assess and manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
- Efficient documentation using a streamlined EHR with AI scribe and voice dictation; company-provided iPad with LTE
- Access to UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board certification (e.g., ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
