- Additional Michigan sites: Carson City, Crystal Falls, East Lansing, Escanaba, Iron River, Mt. Pleasant, South Haven
- Nationwide opportunities: IL, MI, NH, NC, OH, WI
What you’ll do
- Provide daily rounds in skilled nursing and post-acute settings, managing acute and chronic conditions and developing treatment and medication plans
- Work six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically start between 7:00–10:00 a.m.)
- No on-call or overnight responsibilities
- Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR supported by AI scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
- Use UpToDate® for point-of-care clinical guidance

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent)
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
