What you’ll do:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan: preventive care, wellness exams, acute and chronic disease management.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients and families.
- Coordinate care with specialists and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, evidence-based treatment.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Apply evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes and support population health.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Indiana medical license
- DEA certification or eligibility to obtain
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
