Join our West Phoenix care team as a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner providing flexible primary care across multiple clinical settings. You’ll deliver patient-centered assessments and treatment, collaborate with colleagues to coordinate care, and adapt your skills to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.
What you’ll do
- Provide comprehensive primary care across clinic sites as a float NP, managing acute and chronic conditions, conducting exams, ordering and interpreting tests, and developing treatment plans.
- Ensure continuity of care by communicating effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff and facilitating referrals when needed.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, preventive care, and self-management strategies.
- Document encounters thoroughly and follow clinical protocols while contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and current Arizona RN/NP licensure.
- Active DEA registration.
- Experience in family medicine or primary care settings.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and comfort working in different clinical environments as part of a float role.
